Managing subscription cancellations

How can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go. Before you cancel, we want to remind you of the valuable benefits you'll lose access to once your subscription ends:
  • Logo Editor: Create and download unlimited color and text variations of your logo.
  • Social Media Designs: Access tools and templates to create profile pictures, covers, posts, and stories for all major platforms.
  • Brand Identity: Easily design business cards, letterheads, email signatures, posters, and more to build your brand.
  • Custom Designs: Create unique designs with custom dimensions using your logo, photos, and a library of shapes and text.
  • Website Builder: Launch a professional website complete with your logo, an image gallery, videos, contact forms, and social media links.
Our customers find these tools essential for successfully promoting their brand, as we aim to provide a one-stop platform for all of their design needs.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you still wish to cancel, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (...) under your package details.
  3. Click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button.
Please note: Your perpetual access to your original logo files will not be affected by the cancellation. If you need to create or download additional designs in the future, you can reactivate your account at any time from your Manage Subscriptions tab.

I cannot find the option to cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Go to My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (...) under your package details.
  3. Click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button.

Troubleshooting: Missing "My Account" Options

If you are logged in and cannot find the My Account or Account Settings options (and only see "Sign Out"), you may be logged in to an incorrect account. This can happen if you have multiple accounts. Please try logging in with an alternative email address.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?

Yes, you have the option to pause your subscription instead of canceling it. This option will be presented to you during the cancellation process.
You can schedule your pause for either 1 or 3 months. After the selected period, your subscription will automatically resume, and you will regain access to all premium features.

What will happen to my logo license if I decide to cancel my subscription?

Even after your subscription is canceled, you will retain your Standard License for the logo indefinitely.
Additionally, if you purchased a Buyout or Exclusive License with a one-time payment, you will retain that license indefinitely.

What will happen to my designs if I decide to cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription does not delete your existing designs. You will retain perpetual access to your account and all of your logo files.
If you need to create or download additional designs (such as logo variations, social media graphics, or brand identity materials) in the future, you can reactivate your account at any time from your Manage Subscriptions tab.
