Understanding and managing your subscription

How can I access my account?

To log in to your account, go to Design.com and click the "Log in" button in the top-right corner. You can then sign in using your email address, Google, or Facebook.

What does my subscription include?

In addition to your logo files, your subscription gives you access to a full suite of advanced design tools, including:
  • Logo Editor: Create and download unlimited color and text variations of your logo.
  • Social Media Designs: Easily make profile pictures, covers, banners, posts, stories, and ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Brand Identity: Build a complete brand presence with designs for business cards, letterheads, email signatures, posters, flyers, invoices, and gift vouchers.
  • Custom Designs: Build unique designs with custom dimensions using your logo, professional photos, and a library of shapes and text.
  • Website Builder: Launch a professional website featuring your new logo, a business description, an image gallery, videos, contact forms, social media links, and more.
You can access all these tools by clicking the "Create New Design" button in the top-right corner of your My Account page.

Does my subscription allow me to download unlimited logos?

Currently, we don't have a plan that allows you to download multiple logo designs. Each logo must be purchased separately.

However, your subscription gives you unlimited access to our suite of design tools. This allows you to:
  • Create unlimited variations of your logo: You can make as many versions as you like by changing its colors, fonts, and layout.
  • Design a complete brand presence: Use your new logo to create business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and other branding materials.
  • Build social media graphics: Design professional profile pictures, covers, posts, and stories.
  • Produce print materials: Create posters, flyers, menus, and other print designs.
  • Launch a website: Build a professional website with your new logo.
You can access all these tools by clicking the "Create New Design" button in the top-right corner of your My Account page.

How can I access my subscription settings?

To get more information about your subscription and to access your subscription settings, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
  2. Here, you'll find all the details about your active subscriptions.

Does my subscription include free customization of the logo?

The cost of customization depends on the complexity of your request.
  • Minor tweaks, such as font or color changes, are provided free of charge.
  • More advanced customization, such as adding new elements, significantly changing shapes, or testing different variations, may incur an additional charge.

I don't have time to create designs. Can you create them for me?

We understand that you might prefer to focus on what you do best. Let our team of professional designers handle the rest!

Why do I have to pay for printing? I thought this was already included in the package.
