Why do I have to pay monthly or annually for a logo?

When you purchase a subscription on Design.com, you're not just paying for a logo. Your monthly or annual plan gives you full access to our advanced design platform, which includes a wide range of tools and thousands of templates.
With your subscription, you can create a complete set of branding materials for your business, including:

  • Social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Can I purchase the logo as a one-time payment?

No, our packages are based on a monthly or annual subscription.
However, you can achieve a "one-time-like payment" by signing up for a monthly subscription and canceling it before the end of the first month. This will ensure you are only charged for that single month.
After you cancel, you will still retain the license to your logo and have access to all your design files. You won't lose any rights to use your logo just because you've canceled the subscription.

What happens after I purchase a logo?

After purchasing your logo, you'll be taken to a download page where you can access all industry-standard file formats.
  • Vector files (EPS, SVG, PDF): Perfect for printing and resizing without losing quality.
  • Raster files (PNG, JPG): Ideal for use on your website and social media profiles.
You will also receive an email with a link to this download page for easy access. Now you're ready to start creating other designs with your new logo!

Can I customize my logo further after I purchase it?

Yes, your subscription package gives you full access to our logo editor, so you can continue to edit and fine-tune your logo whenever you want.
Feel free to create as many different versions of your logo as you like. You can download these new versions anytime you need them.

Does my subscription let me create and download new logos?

No, your subscription provides access to one logo. You can create different versions of this logo using our logo editor by changing colors, layouts, and fonts.
If you want to create a brand new logo, you will need to purchase an additional subscription.

Can I change my logo to a different one after purchase?

You cannot change your logo to a different one after purchase, as each purchase is tied to a single logo. However, you are able to buy additional logos at a discounted price.
